About MentorsWork

Specialist Mentorship, at No Cost to You

MentorsWork is a national programme that pairs business leaders with experienced senior executives for structured, one-to-one mentorship. The programme is fully funded, meaning there is no cost to the participating business. Since its launch, MentorsWork has supported nearly 4,000 SMEs across Ireland, with €6.5 million invested to drive growth, resilience and innovation.

Agile Executives is proud to be a delivery partner on MentorsWork. Our associates bring deep sector and leadership experience across finance, operations, marketing, sales, HR, technology and sustainability to the mentoring relationships we facilitate. The programme was recognised as Best Mentoring Initiative at the IITD National Training Awards, and 96% of participants rate the mentoring as invaluable.

The programme runs over 12 weeks and includes four structured sessions of 1.5 hours each, covering the strategic and operational challenges most relevant to your business at its current stage. It is brought to you by the SFA in partnership with Skillnet Ireland.
