The Strategic Consultancy Assignment provides Enterprise Ireland client companies with funding to engage approved strategic consultants on high-impact business challenges. Areas typically covered include market strategy, organisational restructuring, fundraising preparation, internationalisation and capability development. Enterprise Ireland client companies with a strong growth track record and a clearly defined strategic challenge. Applications are assessed by Enterprise Ireland on the strength of the business case.

Grant Value

Up to €35,000, with EI co-funding typically at 50%. Pre-approval from your EI development advisor is usually required before application.
