We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and communicate with you, and who process your data on our instructions under appropriate data protection agreements:

• OnePageCRM — our customer relationship management system, used to manage enquiries and contacts.
• Mailchimp (Intuit) — used to manage our mailing list and send email updates and event communications.
• Netlify — our website hosting and form-handling provider.

We may also disclose your data where we are required to do so by law. Our website links to external platforms such as LinkedIn; once you follow those links, the third party's own privacy policy applies.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to ensure your data remains protected.
