David Galea

David has more than twenty years of experience carrying out operations reviews, business process reengineering initiatives as well as managing several digital transformation programmes in the Financial Services, Public Sector, Hospital, Construction, Energy and Utilities amongst others. David has provided advice to both large body corporates and Small and Medium Sized organisations in Europe, Middle East and United Kingdom. He frequently acts as a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Enablement for the Government of the United Arab Emirates assessing several government entities against the Governance Excellence Model Framework. Throughout his career, David has occupied several advisory and executive roles including Management Consultant with KPMG, Project Manager and Consultant with the Office of the Prime Minister of Malta, Head of Strategy and Knowledge Management with Malta Enterprise, and General Manager -Financial Control with Airmalta amongst others. David was also appointed as Non-Executive Chairman for the National Mental Health Service in Malta and has spearheaded national reforms to decentralize Mental Health Services across the community. He is also the Amazon Best Selling Author of a book called “Digital Made Simple” which is now also being translated in Mandarin, to be published and distributed in the Republic of China in May 2025. David is also presently co-authoring a second book entitled “Digital Led Sustainability” to be published in the United Kingdom in early 2025.
