John Bolger

Hi, I am John Bolger, a Senior Associate with The Agile Executive. My experience as an accountant and general manager spans over 40 years working both in Ireland and overseas. This had extended across many different business sectors, but mainly retail and specifically Beauty/ Fashion / Pharmacy/ Food and Beverage. My activity has included developing business plans and major refurbishments and fit outs in excess of 1m Euros, as well as rent re negotiations, and designing business KPI’s. Over the past 2 years working with The Agile Executive my assignments with different clients have included emphasis on strategy and business improvements. My areas of expertise are finance, strategy and KPI’s, business planning, preparing data rooms for financing.
