Sharon Dehmel

I am Sharon Dehmel, a Practical Enabler, specialising in Leadership and Intercultural Coaching and Consulting. I help senior leaders save time and deliver results as they grow their Management Team and Global clients. With over 20 years experience of living and working abroad, a multi-lingual, German & Italian, ACII, MBA, Coach and Trainer. I work with fast-growing SMEs to help accelerate their managers’ leadership and intercultural skills, using a blend of coaching and training. The companies I work with operate both hybrid and remote models to whom I deliver coaching programs that focus on areas like managing Remotely, Multicultural Teams and Clients, Subject Matter Expert to Consultant, Mini-MBAs for specialist leaders stepping into a more business focused role and new or recently appointed leaders who are making the transition from buddy to boss. In addition to this work I have also worked with managers during mergers helping them to balance business-as-usual and change to ensure they can show up for their people and the newly merged organisation using practical tools and strategies.
